Customer reviewsRated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Lot of options! Very satisfying! The first room in my house that I painted was the 630 sq foot 3-car garage. I wanted to do the floor before anything else was put in the house, but my dad wasn't able to help me with that right away. Which meant that I eventually returned the floor epoxy kits to home depot...sad, and so my floor has been one of the things that has been bugging me. The new flooring products are very interesting and attractive, but totally daunting for a garage this size, especially for one person application. So that waits. I've also been working on battling clutter for the last 3 years so the gladiator system has been in flux a bit. I have a bunch of 4 foot Geartrack and Gearwall panels. I mostly decided to use these because I don't have a second person around at midnight when I feel like cleaning the garage (also, I don't have a truck anymore). I painted my entire garage a blue color that hopefully I'll keep liking, because that took almost 4 gallons of expensive paint (that I now choose not to buy because it is too much like stretchy plastic). The first Gearwall panels were put up by my dad and I and then I worked on expanding it. I found that the shorter panels were unevenly mounted with screws into the studs. I had to fill some of the first holes while working on the best location for screws. I chose to eventually space the screws out in 3rds, because at least it was even. I figure the 96 inch panels would be more attractive in general because of the lack of the seams and because there wouldn't be as many unsupported seams. I don't like the look of the seams due to some gaps (one person installation). I've since changed the Gearwall and tracks 4 or five times. I've also changed some of the deck screws I used to the white screws offered by gladiator. I just did that recently and they do improve the look of the whole system. I also need to trim the edges before I can consider it completed. I have been considering which of the tool cabinets or carts to put under my two gladiator work benches (one 8 foot adjustable height maple and one 6 foot bamboo). I would like something to keep fertilizer safe from my curious Great Danes and to keep other valuable tools safe and locked. I also have to improve the lighting and it struck me that gladiator could produce a shelf that had a way to attach one of the 48 inch hanging lights that hang with chains. I may have to use the straight hook, but that would be a last option. I use my garage for my jewelry making and upholstery tools (and the gross old chairs I buy too many of). I'm also slowing getting woodworking equipment (cause I need more hobbies...) All in all, this offers extreme flexibility, though some of the component pieces are pretty expensive. They are more of an investment than a normal garage product though, and they are very pleasing to the eye.Date published: 2018-02-24Rated 5 out of 5 by Sachin Kulkarni from Very convenient! Easy to assemble and quickly organize clutter! I could finish this project in an hour!Date published: 2015-01-17Rated 4 out of 5 by Gabe from Nice clean way to organize The GearWall panels work great and are easy to set up. It is a great start to an organized garage. I do think the price could come down on these though.Date published: 2014-07-15
