    Rated 2 out of 5 by from good, sturdy, POOR QUALITY CONTROL I bought two 77" shelving units. They were very easy to put together. They are very sturdy and seem to be exactly what I wanted. Everything is great about these shelves. HOWEVER, the factory quality control is poor to say the least. Out of the two units, there was damage in both packages. This damage is from the factory because the packaging had no damage at all. One of the cross braces at the bottom of the end piece is bent and twisted. The wire rack had a broken weld. And one of the braces with the big rivets in it was bent and the rivet was smashed when installed at the factory. For the money I spent on these I'd expect a little higher quality of a product. I checked the "NO" for recommend this product to a friend because I'd be embarrassed to recommend a product that may come out of the package damaged from the factory.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really pleased great units for garage I bought two units when i built y garage and they went up fast and easy. I use them to store spare car arts for antique cars. They hold large heavy parts easily without bending or breaking (axles and such) Loved them so much i bought four more sets. Wish i could get extra shelves for them.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete Trash Very difficult to assemble I bought two of these products recently and I’m sad to say it took me about 6 hours to assemble both of them. The supporters do not fit and I had to scrape them to get the key holes to lock I would not recvomend this product to anyone at all

I would like to add a couple of shelves to one of the units. So far I can’t find a part number or supplier for extra shelves. Great unit either way!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong and sturdy Bought this unit yesterday, had a hard time finding one in stock , but finally found a store that had them in stock! I love this shelving unit! It’s big , strong and very sturdy. The best part was not tools neede for assembly, did it myself in half an hour! Great product I highly recommend. A bit pricey , but worth every penny!

This shelf unit is one of the cases that earns high praise. I purchased two units to assemble inside a clothes closet. The assembly was the simplest possible and I was able to accomplish the process alone inside the closet! I was totally impressed with the quality and weight bearing capability of the shelves.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Computer desk I have had it for a year now, i love it. I did not put in the bottom self and i use the shelving unit as a computer desk. I have broken every desk i have had, by putting my feet up or lean on it. This shelving unit has a great looking black finish that is smooth to the touch all around. You can grab a bar to help your self up or slide your chair. This shelving unit is solid. --Josh, Butcher, residential construction

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! After reading reviews and shopping around, I bought 2 sets of these shelves: one for my parents and one for us. We assembled my parents' set first. I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product and ease of assembly. My husband and I were able to put them together in less than 30 minutes. A storage organizational job I thought would take all day ended up taking less than 2 hours. These shelves hold boxes of books and other heavy household items without a problem, no bending or sagging. Since we had such success assembling and organizing with the first set of shelves, I assembled the second set myself (my husband was busy and I didn't want to wait). It took a lot longer, but was possible. I would definitely recommend having a partner for this job. For reference, I am an avid DIY-er, and am a 6'1", strong, middle-age woman. The style of this product is "industrial." It looks right at home in the garage or storage shed or possibly basement, and storage area. I am so pleased with this product, we are considering other Gladiator products for our garage organization.
